There are NO RETURNS or exchanges on ANY custom items.

Custom ID Badge Holders & Reels are hand-designed and are NOT meant to be used roughly, pulled extremely hard or stuffed with more than a few small, thin items (example: ID, one credit card, one monetary bill occasionally).

You have 3 days within the date that your item is in your hands to report an issue. Anything outside of this timeframe will be the buyer’s responsibility. Items improperly cared for are NOT the responsibility of Above All Accessories.
